For curbside pickup, collect all checked bags before asking the chauffeur to approach the active terminal loading area.
4. Begin the Private Transfer
Once everyone and all luggage are loaded, the chauffeur continues directly to the confirmed destination or first reserved stop.

How Long Does an International Arrival Take?
The time from aircraft landing to being ready for pickup can vary substantially. A typical international arrival may take roughly 20 minutes to 1 hour before the passenger reaches the curb, depending on immigration, customs, baggage delivery, walking time, airport traffic and the individual flight.
For this reason, SFDRIVEN plans international arrivals around the actual flight and passenger progress rather than assuming every traveler will reach the pickup point at the same time.

San Francisco International Airport states that terminal curbs are for active passenger pickup and drop-off. Vehicles are not permitted to wait at terminal curbside or on airport roadways.
